We gladly accept returns, even if the parcel has been opened, provided that:

• The product is unused or only tried on for fitting purposes.
• The product is returned in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are included.
• The item is not damaged, washed, or altered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Personalized or Custom-Made Products
• Gift Cards
• Clearance or Final Sale Items (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• A damaged item
• An incorrect order
• A defective product

BySheeza will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
